Refund policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at owlowtfits@scgreencharter.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how to move forward with next steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items may not be returned if the applicable tags are missing or the item is in used condition and without original packaging. Additionally, embroidered or customized uniform items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In order to complete the request as fast as possible, you may be advised to return the item and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Embroidered or customized uniform items may ONLY be exchanged if the same item is in stock at the vendor location and the item to be exchanged has the original tags, unworn or unused, and in the original package WITH PRIOR APPROVAL from Owl Owtfitters.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
