How long does it take to receive my order?

As soon as the vendors receive their respective orders, they will be processed between 7 and 21 business days. Orders requiring embroidery will take approximately 21 business days to be completed. 

How do I check on the status of my order?

Email us at owlowtfits@scgreencharter.org. Please allow 2 business days for us to respond to all inquiries.

Can I purchase uniforms or spiritwear from any other locations besides Owl Owtfitters?

Yes, there are two additional approved locations to purchase apparel:

  1. Some campuses may have a small selection in stock. You may purchase these at the front office.
  2. Our uniform vendor, Read’s, has stores near all campuses, with the exception of the Midlands. You may purchase items in-store at Read’s. 

Can I purchase my own items and have them embroidered or printed with a third party?

No, GREEN families and staff may only purchase items issued by approved vendors which can be found on the Owl Owtfitters’ website, at some schools, or in-store at Read’s. GREEN has a set of branding guidelines that we strive to keep consistent across the network.

Can my student wear uniforms or shirts from previous school years?

Yes, absolutely. This includes uniforms with the older logo. 

Can I return or exchange items that do not fit?

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at owlowtfits@scgreencharter.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how to move forward with next steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items may not be returned if the applicable tags are missing or the item is in used condition and without original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

In order to complete the request as fast as possible, you may be advised to return the item and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Embroidered polos may ONLY be exchanged in-store if the store has the same item in stock and the item to be exchanged has the original tags, unworn or unused, and in the original package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at owlowtfits@scgreencharter.org.

How will I know that my order is ready?

As soon as the products are fulfilled from the vendor, you will receive an email with tracking information. If an order is placed with products from more than one vendor, a separate tracking number will be received for each package.
